2008.09.06 - 138 South Main - Medford, NJ W/ Visions Of, Atrophia, Burial MoundMy neck still hurts from head banging last night(aka i feel really old). None of us really didn't think this show was going to be all that good, but it was. We were supposed to be there at 3:30, and play at 5:00 we didn't get there till almost 5:15 and we didn't have to play at 6. I think they just realized that guys in bands are ultra late about everything and they told us an earlier time. The turn out was great, probably the most people we've played for except maybe our first show. It was our worst technical performance, and the one with the most executive errors.
2008.08.30 - Championships Bar and Grill - Trenton, NJ W/ Stabbing Eden, Sedna, Sicker Than MostWell this show was odd. We get to Trenton an hour early cause thats the rule. apparently we only managed to bring two people we know. We still have no friends. Maybe i should start making eye contact with people and learning their names... nah fuck that. Anyway we get there we played first and the turnout was a few steps above horrible.. "do you know what its like to play for 15 minutes and the only people there to see you are the other bands and their girlfriends?
2008.07.26 - Bankshots Stanton - Wilmington, DE W/ Deaf Not DeadBalls. First band was supposed to be eph tradition but they canceled last minute. So we get there setup and play for like 5 people we played well, but 3 of my cymbals got messed up and i had to figure out how to fix them while playing, i pulleed it off. That is a major downside of having a 20 minute long song. Then as were packign up the guys from murderkill 100 started packing up too, aparently the drummer never showed up. So we sat around and waited for deaf not dead to show up, and we rocked out with them.
2008.07.24 - Loyle Lanes - Vineland, NJ W/ Crows Crossing, the New Sabrosa, Streetcar, Wet Chapel, Space Llyod, and moreSo this show was on a thursday. This band practices wednesday nights. Fred couldnt make practice, so instead of practice we decided to put a rush on making tshirts. Which was a big mess and took us all night, so much that i made it home at 5:30 am, showered got dressed, went to sleep, woke up, and was on the bus to work at 7:45 am. Coffee helped me make it through the day. We made it to the show about 7 oclock, and we were supposed to play at 8:30, but we found out that the show was about 2 hours behind, we saw the end of a grunge band..
